  • Payment amount must be paid on a monthly basis. Number of payments vary based on loan terms. 360 payments for 30-year term, 240 payments for 20-year term, 180 payments for 15-year term.
  • Payment does not include taxes and insurance; actual payment obligation may vary, and may include city, county, or other additional fees and costs.
  • Points are upfront fees typically paid to obtain a lower interest rate. One point equals one percent of the loan amount (for example, 1 point on a $100,000 mortgage would equal $1,000).
