Our vision of prosperity and a home for all guides the work we do in our community. As a mutual bank, we champion community growth by partnering with and giving back to nonprofits whose incredible work is vital to Kansas City and beyond. Our work focuses on four areas:
Community and Economic Development
We provide financial literacy and homeownership education and offer support for those seeking transitional housing and affordable housing development.
Education and Youth Programs
Our involvement in programs supporting underserved populations in K-12 and post-secondary opportunities is an integral part of our vision.
Arts and Culture
We support programs that provide cultural opportunities to underserved groups through theatrical, musical or visual arts organizations as well as organizations that preserve and spread cultural legacies.
Health and Human Services
We are involved in programs addressing hunger, homelessness and emergency services and support local healthcare organizations or local chapters of national organizations.
