How do I get a new PIN?
You can call 1-800-290-7893 to change your PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN, you can reset it by calling this number. You can also change your PIN at any First Federal Bank ATM.
How long does it take for a debit card transaction to clear my account?
The average time is 3 to 5 business days, however this may vary.
If I have a hold on a deposit, can I still write checks off of it?
No, not until the funds become available.
What do I need to change my address?
Complete and return the Change of Address Form.
Can I set up automatic loan payments for a First Federal account?
Yes, complete and return the Automatic Loan Payment Authorization Form.
