  • Minimum down payment as low as 10.01%*
  • Can use gift funds or down payment assistance
  • Maximum loan amount of $484,350
  • $500 credit at closing when you open a First Federal checking or savings account
  • Purchase - You do not need to be a first-time homebuyer
  • Refinance - Up to 80% LTV for rate and term, 70% LTV for cash-out
