Program Details

- Minimum 620 FICO score
- Minimum down payment as low as 10.01%*
- Can use gift funds or down payment assistance
- Maximum loan amount of $484,350
- $500 credit at closing when you open a First Federal checking or savings account
- Purchase - You do not need to be a first-time homebuyer
- Refinance - Up to 80% LTV for rate and term, 70% LTV for cash-out
