Program Details

  • Owner-occupied, single-family properties only
  • No minimum loan amount
  • One-time grant of up to $5,000 for closing costs or down payment assistance
  • Minimum down payment as low as 3%**
  • First-time homebuyers must complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education program offered by a local housing organization
