For your security, the First Federal Bank Mobile app allows you to quickly turn off your debit card if it’s misplaced or stolen. Download the CardValet app for more robust card control settings, like:

Existing online banking users will login as normal with their current username and password. You will receive a verification code to your email address and be prompted to set a new password before entering the new system. You will only complete this process once. On your second login, simply enter your username and the new password created.

Customers creating their first-ever online banking profile can enroll here. You’ll be asked for your tax ID and date of birth, and to create a username and password.

Simply select the “forgot your username or password?” prompt on your login screen. You’ll receive an email from with a code that will expire in 72 hours. After opening the email, click “reset password” and follow the prompts. Please return directly to the desktop or mobile app to input your new password.

The bill pay platform will default to your first checking account sorted by primary account number. For example, if you have checking accounts 1234 and 2215, the default account will be 1234.

  • To change the default account on a desktop, click "Transfer" > "Bill pay & P2P" > "View Advanced Bill Pay Options." Next, click "My Account" in the top menu and edit the "Pay from" account.
  • In the mobile app, click "Transfer" > "Bill pay & P2P" > "More bill payment options" > "My Account" from the dropdown menu in the top right. There you can view and add "pay from" accounts.

By default, two-factor notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your account. To add your mobile device or adjust other settings, log in and find your name in the top right corner. Click Settings > Alerts & Security > More. Scroll down to find which authentication methods are enabled and to add others. Please note that for security purposes, you may be unable to remove all devices.
