Digital Banking Upgrade
More powerful digital banking is almost here
We are hard at work upgrading your Digital Banking experience! Our Digital Banking platform will be undergoing upgrades between Thursday, Feb. 6 at 5pm – Monday, Feb. 10 and will be unavailable during this time. In the meantime, you can prepare by reviewing the instructions below and previewing the new and upgraded features!

Our Digital Banking upgrade will be complete on Monday, February 10! On that day, you'll be able to access your upgraded digital banking platform by logging in to online banking or downloading our mobile app. Plus, check back here on that date for video instructions and a guided tour of the upgraded dashboard!

Need help during the upgrade? To support you through our upgrade, our service hours will be extended temporarily.
February 10–14 & February 18–19: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. CT
February 15: Saturday, 8:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m. CT
We’ll be closed on:
Saturday, February 8 (Closed for Digital Banking Experience Upgrades)
Monday, February 17 (Closed for President's Day)
Improvements in progress!
Be aware of these temporary changes in effect during the upgrade between February 6 at 5:00 pm – February 10.

Have plans to make a big purchase? Be sure to make any large purchases with your debit card before February 6. While you will be able to use your debit card as normal between February 6-10, debit cards will be unable to process very large purchases during this time period.

Direct deposits will not be processed between February 6-9. Don't worry — you will see these direct deposits in your account when they are processed on Monday, February 10!

Banking centers and our call center will be closed on Saturday, February 8 as we prepare for the upgrade. We'll resume normal hours on Monday, February 10, 2025. Thank you for your patience, we can't wait for you to see the new enhancements!

Why can't I log into my account between Feb. 6 – 10?
Your account is being upgraded! This will take place between the dates of February 6 at 5pm and February 10. Some services will be unavailable during this time, including online banking and our mobile app. Don't worry, your account is safe and will be available as soon as the upgrade is complete!
